His background spans senior leadership roles in fast-growing, highly regulated environments, where he has built operational frameworks, strengthened governance structures, and led multi-departmental teams towards sustainable performance.
Throughout his career, Parthenios has been at the centre of designing and managing end-to-end operations — including trading support, risk oversight, technology coordination, payments, compliance, and internal controls. He has overseen the setup and scaling of operational infrastructures, guided cross-functional teams, and implemented processes that enhance efficiency, transparency and business continuity.
His expertise also extends to fund management operations, portfolio governance, and regulatory execution, where he has contributed to the structuring, monitoring and administration of investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions. The combination of operational depth and strategic oversight allows him to deliver services that are both robust and adaptable.
